Our job portal development platform powers Jobilion, a full-scale recruitment platform built to connect companies with the right talent, faster. Unlike a template job board, however, this job portal development platform is structured around four dedicated experiences. These include a public job-search site, a recruiter portal, a jobseeker profile system, and an admin panel. As a result, each interface stays clean and purpose-built for its own audience.
The brief called for more than listings and applications. For example, recruiters needed real analytics and candidate tracking. In addition, jobseekers needed a profile system that felt as polished as a professional network. Meanwhile, the business needed a platform that could scale without buckling under traffic. This project is therefore a direct example of our web application development services, built with Next.js on the frontend and Laravel powering the backend.
I led end-to-end development of this job portal development platform. Specifically, this included architecting the recruiter and admin portals, building the jobseeker profile system, and hardening server infrastructure. In addition, I optimized SEO and performance across the public site. Every module, from candidate search to admin controls, was therefore scoped and built to work as one cohesive system rather than four disconnected apps.
